days later
all is cool and holdingthoughts of a rebuild building

things learned from first build.......
1. PSU could go outside as they are not as heat sensitive as mobo chips.
2. Will probably stay with Q series CPU as they have very small mobo size and can fit more in same space without PSUs in way.
3. Will also send pigtail SATA wires and power to outside SATA CD drives for all open SATA plugs not used by HD and share them for music CD/DVDs, textures and objects.
4. Will send pigtails for all USB slots into desk from all mobos...for burning and labeling from many writers and not waiting for the 1 that I have now.
5. Will definatly make 1 complete large side a door affair instead of the ends as they are now. Most likely A/C side will pull off to open box wide up...just in case...

6. Will make each mobo and HD unit on it's own removable setting instead of each seperate piece being screwed into box for easier removal if needed.
Pleasently surprised that only 1/2 in of foam and mirror film are keeping in ALL cold...I thought the outside of box would cool down as the cold penetrated thru, but so far outside of box is staying ambient temp even tho inside is running at 60 degrees.
I still would like to see CPU temps even lower so am thinking that I need to go to a better CPU cooling fin/fan system rather than staying with stock.
